O CANADA! November 2005 After a successful journey around the world (including a stop at the San Diego Asian Film Festival where The Motel was the recipient of The Best Dramatic Narrative Feature Award), The Motel travels to the great white north for two of the most prominent Asian American Film Festivals Canada has to offer. The Motel is proud to be presented as the Opening Night Film for both The Vancouver Asian Film Festival and The Toronto Reel Asian Film Festival. FESTIVALS GALORE October 2005 The Motel makes an OctoberFest-ival tour from the nation's capitol Washington DC where the film will open the DC APA Film Festival to the Pusan International Film Festival where it will act as the U.S. representative in a special program of World Cinema. And then returns to America with a relaxing tan and surf at the Hawaii International Film Festival. The journey began in San Diego at the San Diego Asian Film Festival on October 1st. |
